CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All services provided by In GUUD Company involve advance planning, coordination, and third-party commitments.

Deposits are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law once services have begun.
Payments beyond the deposit may be considered for refund in good faith on a case-by-case basis, limited strictly to amounts not yet paid to third-party providers.
Third-party costs, including airline tickets, charter fees, veterinary services, and documentation fees, are non-refundable once incurred.
Client-requested changes may result in additional charges.

Submission of payment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this policy.
